HEART inauguration
HEART was designed by Steven Holl Architects, USA, one of the world’s leading architecture firms. Bo Linnemann, Kontrapunkt, named the house and gave it a brilliant graphic identity. Peter Lassen, Montana, furnishes HEART. The inauguration of HEART is celebrated with the official opening of Freedom or death, a retrospective exhibition of the work of one of the great sons of Italy, Jannis Kounellis. The exhibition is the first major presentation of the Art Povera artist's work in Scandinavia, and the artist will create a number of new works for the event. Steven Holl, Jannis Kounellis, Bo lineman, and Peter Lassen will take part in the inaugural events, which will take place over a course of these days: Saturday 5 September Professional Preview Monday 7 September Official inauguration of HEART Wednesday 9 September The doors are opened to the general public A detailed programme for the events on 5 and 7 September will be sent to the invited audience. DSB will run a special service for the opening on 5 September.
