Amenities

At HEART we aim to ensure our guests convenient accessablity throughout the visit.  

As a guest at HEART you have the possibility to visit the outdoor facilities as well as the restaurant/café and shop without paying the entrance fee. 

At HEART there are convenient cloakroom facilities, toilets and changing table for babies. The exhibitions areas, toilets and childrens' area are very handicap friendly and it is possible for users of wheelchairs to take the elevator to the childrens area, to the meeting facilities on the first floor and to the storage in the basement. 

Exhibition halls

Admission tickets can be bought at the reception. The ticket gives admission to the exhibition halls. The ticket is electronical and must be scanned at the door to the halls. The card then activates the opening of the door. 

Restaurant

The museum also has excellent restaturant facilities where it is possible to purchase hot and cold dishes as well as wine, beer, soft drinks and hot drinks. It is possible to make a reservation on the restaurant phone ... The restaurant seats up to 150 guests. 

The HEART square

HEARTs' square is the link to the outer world and is placed in direct connection to the house. It is designed as an environment that combines both an outdoor and an indoor restaurant and café. It is also conveniently accessible for wheelchairs.  

Storage

It is possible for visitors in groups to visit the open storage and thus gain insight into the art in store. 

The concert hall

The concert hall at HEART seats 150 guests and maximum 25 musicians at concerts. The concert hall can also be booked for conferences and other suitable events - please contact the sales- and communication department of HEART on 96281705 or Lene Elsner by mail le@heartmus.dk

HEARTs' shop

HEARTs' shop has an exiting and broad variety of art books, lithographics, posters, postcards, unique products etc. The CDs of Ensemble MidtVest can also be purchased in the shop.
